Operations Manager

I was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, and moved to Colorado in 2020. I am currently the Operations Manager for MTN Roofing, and started working here in October 2023. I came to MTN Roofing with a background in management and a business degree from Virginia Wesleyan University. I genuinely enjoy helping clients protect and enhance their homes. I am dedicated to delivering reliable services and building strong relationships across every project. In my free time I like to go to concerts, go on hikes with my girlfriend and our dog Storm, as well as play golf.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and a proud Marine Corps veteran, I relocated to Colorado after serving five years of active duty. During the day, you can find me inspecting roofs, attending networking events, or managing projects. I believe every client deserves the highest quality roofing, and that contractors should always maintain transparency. At MTN Roofing, we are committed to serving with a servant’s heart- we don’t just say it, we live it. I take great pride in getting to know each client and providing the best possible roofing solution. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, golfing and spending time with Family. Mark is a straightforward, transparent representative who believes honesty is the best way to serve customers. Homeowners appreciate his clear communication and direct answers; no gimmicks, no pressure, just facts. Beyond his honesty, Mark’s servant’s heart shines through in every interaction. He genuinely cares about helping customers protect their homes and find the best solutions for their roofing needs. Known for his quick problem-solving and dedication to customer satisfaction, Mark consistently goes above and beyond to make the roofing experience simple, stress-free, and trustworthy.

Outside of work, Mark is a talented mixologist who enjoys crafting creative cocktails for friends and family. He draws inspiration from his lifelong girlfriend, whose love and support motivate him every day. Passionate about building a great life together and creating meaningful memories with family, Mark brings that same drive and heart to everything he does, both personally and professionally.

Mateo is an adaptable and dedicated representative who knows how to navigate any situation with confidence and care. He’s a strong advocate for homeowners , assertive but never aggressive , especially when working with insurance adjusters to ensure all necessary repairs are properly covered. Mateo’s professionalism and attention to detail make him a trusted partner for customers who want someone in their corner throughout the roofing process.

Outside of work, Mateo enjoys quality time with his loved ones, whether he’s playing a round of Magic or hitting the open road on his motorcycle. His balance of focus, fairness, and fun carries through in everything he does, both on and off the job.

Sales/ Project Manager:

I am 35 years old, born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My children drive me to be the best person I can. I am a passionate about being a pro skateboarder and I believe you should never give up on your dreams and you can always go beyond what you believe is possible.

A day-one team member, Alex is as down-to-earth as they come. When he’s not laying down smooth jazz on the guitar or coaching clients in the gym, he’s helping homeowners restore their roofs with precision and care. Known for his clear communication and genuine heart, Alex makes sure your home is back to being the castle it was before the storm.

Manager (Dallas, TX)

Leading our Dallas team with endurance and experience, Kevin is a seasoned roofing pro and passionate marathon trail runner. With years in the industry, there’s no challenge he hasn’t faced—and solved. Known as the problem solver, Kevin makes sure every job gets done right, no matter what comes his way.

In Honor of My Father

MTN Roofing was created in honor of my father - a man with a heart of gold, who loved his community deeply and spent his life helping others. He led by example, showing me and our family what it means to love unconditionally, to serve with humility, and to trust fully in God.

He taught us the importance of faith, kindness, and hard work. One of the greatest lessons he passed down and one that continues to guide me every day is simple but powerful:
